A certificate is awarded to those completing certificate programs upon successful completion of quizzes and exam. Some courses include optional phone training. What are the credentials of the Author and Institute's President?

These distance-learning anger management courses are presented by Lynette Hoy, a National Certified Counselor, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in the state of Illinois, crisis counselor, President of CounselCare Connection, P.C. and the Anger Institure. She is a Certified Anger Management Specialist-IV and also has been trained in domestic violence advocacy. Mrs. Hoy has trained and educated hundreds of clients, couples, professionals and students in anger management. Certificates are granted when the courses are successfully completed. Both James Bedell, PsyD. and Steve Yeschek, LCSW, are credentialed as Certified Anger Management Specialist-IV and are co-presenters at the conferences and contributors to the training curriculum.

RETURN POLICY: Returns are accepted only for some products for a period of 14 days from the order invoice date.

5. You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by the Anger Management Institute with permission from Lynette Hoy and within 14 days of purchase. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. Returned products must arrive in excellent RESALABLE CONDITION. If they are not in excellent, resalable condition, the return will not be accepted and thus, refunds will not be granted.

New products which are returned with the original invoice and email permission from Lynette Hoy within 14 days of purchase will be credited with 100% of the invoice price minus shipping and restocking fees.
